Tablet Keeps going into Sleep Mode and Freezing

Problem: When using Trimble FieldLink , the tablet keeps going gray and defaulting to the lock screen. When you swipe the lock screen open, users are unable to select anything in Trimble Field Link on the screen.

Solution: Check to see if the sleep times are set to periods that are acceptable ( recommend "never")
Settings, Power & Sleep Options, On left click on change when the computer sleeps:


Make sure the following are marked to "Never"

On Battery
Dim the Display: "Never"
Turn Off the Display: "Never"
Put the Computer to Sleep: "Never"

Plugged In
Dim the Display: "Never"
Turn Off the Display: "Never"
Put the Computer to Sleep: "Never"


Click on Advance Setting and confirm the power settings are the same as above.
Note: If the power options do not show up click on Change Plan Settings.
