Trimble Field Link Office Creates Unwanted Lines
Problem: When importing point files into Trimble field link office, the program creates unwanted lines; connecting points.
Solution: Follow these steps:
- Ask Customer to remove all additional monitors from computer and restart.
- Check to see if the graphics card driver is updated and settings are set to base.
- Check to see if windows updates are installing and current ""a missed update can affect the software"" Make sure the update includes Windows Update Cumulative Version 1709 KB4089848
- Reinstall TFL Office
- If problem continues, its a hardware issue and the license needs to be transferred to a different computer.
