Trimble FieldLink: Not Live Updating Location

Trimble FieldLink: Not Live Updating Location

Problem: Trimble FieldLink will not update position within software, but instrument is being tracked.

Solution: If user is running Trimble Field Link for Structures/MEP, they need to upgrade to Trimble Field Link v4 or higher. If user is running Trimble Field Link v4 or higher, they will need to:
  1. Verify instrument is NOT vibrating.
  2. Delete the ""Ghost File"".
If both of those steps do not resolve the issue, unit may need to be brought in for service.
