Trimble FieldLink: Server Error


Problem: While running the Trimble Installation Manager on the device, user receives an error: "Unable to connect to server, check wireless connection".

Solution: Steps to resolve:
  1. Verify internet connection. If connected, move to step 2.
  2. Disable Windows Firewall on device.
  3. Uninstall any Anti-Virus Software
  4. Run Trimble Installation Manager
