Trimble FieldLink: Connect CANNOT Download DWG

Trimble FieldLink: Connect CANNOT Download DWG
Problem: Files are correctly sent to the cloud via Trimble Connect, verified that they are in the correct folder and synced properly. However, files are not showing up inside of Trimble Field Link for download.
Solution: Tablets cannot detect the presence of a .dwg file on the cloud if the file extension is in CAPS (i.e. .DWG) . All .dwg files uploaded to the cloud (and presumably other file extensions as well) need to be named with a typical lowercase file extension.
