Disable Windows Keyboard

Problem: Steps to disable Windows Keyboard (Temporarily) on Mesa 2

Solution:
  1. Do a Windows search for "Services".

  2. Within Services, scroll down to "Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service".

  3. Double-Click to open properties.

  4. First, click "Stop".

  5. Then, change Startup Type from "Automatic" to "Manual".

  6. Click Apply and then OK.

NOTE: Once keyboard is disabled, it is automatically set to ""Manual - Trigger Start'.  This is not able to be changed.  The ""Trigger Start"" means that once you manually open the keyboard within Windows (by selecting keyboard icon in bottom-right), the startup type reverts back from 'Manual' to 'Automatic' and you will need to run through the above process again to disable keyboard from opening when editing fields within TFL.
