Trimble RTS/S/SPS: Radio Communication Issues
Problem: Instrument is disconnecting or won't connect to data collector.
Solution: Follow these steps:
- Verify antennas (tablet and RTS) appear to be in good working order.
- Change Radio Channels on instrument and match on tablet.
- Turn off Bluetooth on the tablet.
- Turn off WiFi on the tablet.
If none of these resolve the issue, equipment will need to be brought to the service center.
