Trimble RTS/S/SPS: Radio Communication Issues

Problem: Instrument is disconnecting or won't connect to data collector.

Solution: Follow these steps:
  1. Verify antennas (tablet and RTS) appear to be in good working order. 
  2. Change Radio Channels on instrument and match on tablet.
  3. Turn off Bluetooth on the tablet.
  4. Turn off WiFi on the tablet.
If none of these resolve the issue, equipment will need to be brought to the service center.
