Trimble SPS986: TFL Crashes Setting Up
Problem: While setting up the sensor to the jobsite within Trimble FieldLink, the software crashes.
Solution: Trimble Field Link is missing some required installation files. Follow these steps to resolve:
- Uninstall Trimble Field Link
- Uninstall Trimble Product Activation
- Delete "Ghost File"
- Install Trimble Field Link v4.4 via Trimble Installation Manager
- Close Trimble Installation Manager and reopen. Install Trimble Field Link v5.5
